Penn-Del AER’s Memorial Committee seeks your assistance in identifying those in our “professional family” who have passed away since 2004. Please review the list we have provided and submit additional names using the link at the end of this message.

If you know an individual who passed away during this time and who is not currently on the list, please use the Penn-Del AER Memorial List Submission Form to provide information to Penn-Del AER’s Memorial Committee.

The Google Form, Penn-Del AER Memorial List, asks for the following information:

     •     Your name

     •     Your email address

     •     Your preferred phone number

     •     The deceased colleague’s name

     •     The deceased colleague’s nickname, if different from above

     •     The colleague’s state of residence

     •     A brief statement of her or his role in the education or rehabilitation of people

           who are blind or visually impaired

     •     Date of colleague’s death

     •     An obituary or a link to an obituary or tribute, if available

     •     Additional comments

     •     Upload a photo, if available

Please submit additional names for the memorial list by April 20, 2025.
